All of our sleepouts are within the legal square footage limits required for a non-permit accommodation.

Each sleepout comes fully pre-wired and fitted off by a local registered electrician. We provide an electrical certificate of compliance for all of our sleepouts.

For the exterior walls we use Shadowclad® plywood for strength and durability as well as it's look/finish.

Our sleepout roofs are constructed with quality ZINCALUME® corrugated roof and flashing products made here locally and installed by a professional roofer.
